Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident Thursday at 8 a.m. on 1st Street.

Officers investigated a report from 2nd Street concerning theft, forgery and fraud Thursday at 12:25 p.m. The caller reported that a wallet with $400 in it was stolen.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle non-injury accident on 1st Street Thursday at 2:50 p.m.

Marco Aguilera, 29, of Phoenix, Arizona was arrested Thursday at 4:28 p.m. on charges of non-aggravated partner or family member assault and criminal contempt.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted another agency at Box Elder School Thursday at 8:59 a.m. No further details were provided.

An officer served a state District Court warrant on Dakota Rose Corrina Greshock at the Hill County Detention Center at 12:21 p.m. Thursday.

A deputy arrested Timothy R. Mahns of Havre, 43, on a charge of contempt after he was escorted from the jail to the Hill County Justice Court.

Chad Joseph Woundedface, 28, of Havre was arrested Thursday at 5:08 p.m. on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Deputies investigated a report from a U.S. Highway 2 business Thursday at 10:34 p.m. concerning shoplifting.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to five calls on Thursday.

Fire personnel investigated a possible fire on 13th Street Thursday at 9:54 p.m. after a fire alarm went off. It turned out the alarm malfunctioned and there was no fire. No injuries were reported.
