Officers were called to assist a citizen at the police station Wednesday at 2:20 p.m.

Kenneth Michael Smith, 52, of Havre was arrested Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. on a misdemeanor Justice or City court warrant.

A 13-year-old boy was issued a summons at the police department Wednesday at 4:34 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from Saddle Butte Drive concerning suspicious activity today at 12:09 a.m.. The caller reported a neighbor's window was open and a bucket was under the window.

Nathan Keith Washington, 19, of Havre was arrested today at 4:59 a.m. on charges of probation violation, criminal contempt and disorderly conduct.
