Patty Butler, the Early Childhood Services Bureau Chief at the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, will be in Havre Nov. 13 to lead a forum from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the District 4 HRDC building located at 2229 5th Ave.

The community is invited to ask questions about provider or family services and learn about upcoming changes in early childhood services in Montana.
