Velma Madla Bahr, 66 of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt Friday at 2:33 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from 1st Street Friday at 2:55 p.m. concerning theft.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station Friday at 3:16 p.m. concerning theft and harassment.

An officer investigated a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street west on Friday at 8:22 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from 5th Street Friday at 8:35 p.m. of two kids pointing rifles when the caller drove by them.

Mary Ruth Demontiney, 53 of Havre was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt Friday at 9:06 p.m.

Misty Leigh Chiefstick, 39 of Havre was issued a summons Saturday at 12:21 a.m. on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a report from West Fork Road concerning an automobile through a fence Friday at 9:45 a.m.

Sheldon Jae Oats, 46 of Havre was arrested on a charge of shoplifting Friday at 2:47 p.m.

Tyler Joseph Moline, 21 of Havre and Bryan Timothy Barocio, 23 of Havre were issued summons on charges of disorderly conduct Friday at 10:52 p.m.

Jacob Scott Messerly, 19 of Missoula was issued a summons Saturday at 11:23 p.m. on charges of speeding, purchasing or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and having an open container in a motor vehicle on a highway.

Deputies investigated a report from 1st Street Sunday at 3:37 p.m. concerning broken car windows.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to five calls on Saturday and six calls on Sunday.

Havre Animal Control

This morning the shelter held a male black and tan mix-breed dog and two male black kittens.
