The following cases were resolved in Hill County Justice Court by Judge Audrey Barger in July.

John Conrad Rorrer, born in 1993, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 170 days suspended and three credited, for escape from official detention.

Hayley Lee Demontiney, born in 1963, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 119 days credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property; and was ordered to pay $6 restitution on the case.

Matthew Thomas Kerin, born in 1990, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 160 days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Tyler Jay Reinmuth, born in 1984, forfeited $185 bond and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

———

Shastelle Tanyalynn Swan, born in 1990, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

A boy born in 1997, was fined $150 for operating a vehicle with .02 percent blood alcohol concentration, under 21 years of age, first offense.

Charles Norman Swan II, born in 1985, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

———

George James Henderson Jr., born in 1968, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

———

Timothy Harold Jensen, born in 1958, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; was fined $200 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense; and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Michael Patrick Blair, born in 1970, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended and eight credited, for driving under the influence, second offense.

Shannon R. Wilson, born in 1958, forfeited $100 bond for violation of FWP commission or department orders or rules.

John Lyle Johnson, born in 1963, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Lenno Dale Henderson, born in 1983, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Dillon Jon Cornell, born in 1992, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense.

Jesse Lee Knife, born in 1983, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Wynema Rae Cochrane, born in 1972, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jocelyn Irismarie Redhouse, born in 1990, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was found guilty of operating a vehcile with expired registration, no fine or sentence listed.

Chris Devon Vaile, born in 1988, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, third or subsequent offense.

———

Mackenzie Rae Tuttle, born in 1995, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

———

Roman Ross Surber, born in 1991, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

———

Arcella Jade Ramos, born in 1991, was fined $1,000, had her driver’s license suspended for 365 days, and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 358 days suspended and three credited, for DUI, second offense; was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct; and was fined $100 for parking on road when practical to park off road.

Karston Kane Donoven, born in 1994, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: failing to drive to right of roadway except when passing and careless driving.

Shawn Adam Linderman, born in 1989, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for careless driving.

Amanda Rae Martin, born in 1988, was fined $350 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, second offense, and was fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 172 days suspended and eight credited, for DUI, first offense.

Chad Julian Cochran, born in 1980, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 160 days suspended and 20 credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

———

Shannon Ray Robnett, born in 1973, forfeited $100 bond for failing to follow conditions and requirements of special permit.

———

A girl born in 1998 was was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for reckless driving, first offense.

J.D. Lee Cabanas, born in 1983, forfeited $250 bond for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Kenneth Alan Jaeger, born in 1961, was fined $200 and sentenced to six months in jail, all tims suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, third or subsequent offense.

Jessica Lynn Larson, born in 1985, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

Charles Darwin Mecham, born in 1982, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia; and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense.

Carol Ivy Meyers, born in 1961, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Erik Jerome Washington, born in 1983, was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Joanie Ann Bullsinsight, born in 1982, was fined $100 for operating a vehicle with defective or shattered windshield; was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; and was fined $1,000, had her driver’s license suspended for 365 days and was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 335 days suspended and three credited, for DUI, third offense.

Kyle Shane Parker, born in 1985, was fined $300, had his driver’s license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for DUI, first offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and two credited, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Shalona Kateri Brockie, born in 1986, was fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Chante Brown, born in 1995, forfeited $250 bond for violation of restriction imposed on probationary driver’s license.

Logan Charles Connor, born in 1993, was fined $100 for minor in possession, over age 18, first offense.

Holden Deen Pepprock, born in 1994, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

Clyde Richard Thomas III, born in 1989, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for each of two charges: failing to shield or remove junk vehicles and failing to obtain a vehicle wrecking facility/graveyard license.

Thomas Wayne Lorentz, born in 1980, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and four credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Silas Joseph Minton III, born in 1982, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and four credited, for criminal trespass to property.

Chanina Nicole Dubois, born in 1993, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; was found guilty of failing to drive to the right of roadway except when passing, no fine or sentence listed; and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and one credited, for cirminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher J. Vigna, born in 1991, forfeited $100 bond for fishing without a license.

Dakotarose Greshock, born in 1995, was fined $50 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, seven days suspended and three credited, for disorderly conduct.

———

James Seth Renville, born in 1996, was fined $100, ordered to pay $200 restitution and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for reckless driving, first offense.

———

Alesia Joyce Cantrell, born in 1990, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for driving without a valid driver’s license.

———

James Paul Theboy, born in 1969, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

———

A girl born in 1997 was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $100 for operating a vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

———

Pamela J. Oleson, born in 1957, forfeited $100 bond for violation of FWP commission or department orders or rules.

———

Dwight Sunchild, born in 1987, was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving a vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

———

Curtis Robert Pursley, born in 1983, was fined $100 and given a deferred imposition of sentence for driving without a valid driver’s license.

———

Mary Ruth Demontiney, born in 1961, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended, for assault.

———

In July, Judge Barger also dealt with 163 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, and she or the prosecution dismissed 26 charges. Eight citations were transferred to a different court; one ticket was voided; one suspended sentences or deferred imposition of sentencing was revoked and reinstated; and three citations garnered deferred impositions of sentence with no or low fines or sentences.
