Crowning Blue Pony Royalty

Wyatt Lindbloom and Shania Carlson were named 2014 Homecoming King and Queen this morning at the coronation in the Havre High School auditorium.

The class representatives were introduced first, before the candidates for king and queen.

The Hi-Liters, the choir ensemble at the school, entertained the full house of students and parents before Lindbloom and Carlson were elected.

They will be taking part in the homecoming parade at 4 p.m. Friday down 5th Avenue from the high school to 6th Street and back.

Each class made a float for the parade and will drive them down 5th Avenue to show their school spirit, along with the marching band and football team.

The homecoming game against Belgrade is at Blue Pony Stadium at 7 p.m.
