Chalon Michael Kinholt, 31, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday at Havre City Court.

Tysha Michelle Williams, 39, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with no driver’s license and no insurance after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday at the Northern Montana Hospital Sletten Cancer Center.

Officers investigated a 2:07 p.m. Tuesday call from 9th Street about a broken gate.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, 44, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 3:36 p.m. Tuesday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a woman in the emergency room "getting out of hand."

Officers investigated a 4:47 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a bogus pizza order.

Joshua James Arkinson, 29, of Havre was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and careless driving and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers investigated an 8:52 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street about a vehicle that had been driven through a yard and fence and a man laying in the alley outside the car.

Michael George Martinez, 43, of Harlem was arrested on charges of trespassing and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 10:45 p.m. Tuesday call from Boulevard Avenue about the calling party wanting a man removed from her residence.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Ella Carina Ohnesorge, 20, of Northfield, Minnesota, and Rose Elaine Crook, 25, of Coaktesville, Pennsylvania, were issued summonses on charges of trespassing after deputies investigated a 9:40 p.m. Tuesday call from BNSF about two female transients.
