Emergency medical personnel responded to a 9:41 a.m. Monday call from 1st Street and 7th Avenue about a turn light that was hit.

Officers investigated a 4:22 p.m. Monday complaint at the police station about a stolen gun.

Shawn Hacken, 51, of Winona, Minnesota, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers investigated a 4:26 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street establishment about a strange man in a trench coat.

Officers investigated a 10:36 p.m. Monday call from 9th Street about a parked car that was hit.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Dakota Blackout Houle, 18, of Box Elder was served a warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 4:54 p.m. Monday.
