Havre Police Department

Someone was arrested after officers investigated a 7:11 a.m Wednesday complaint at the police station about someone wanting to speak to an officer about them knowing where some of their stolen stuff was. No other information was given.

Someone was arrested after an officer served a warrant at 9:26 a.m. Wednesday at a 2nd Street business. No other information was given.

Officers investigated a 3:30 p.m. Wednesday call from 5th Street about a juvenile boy on a bicycle being hit by a vehicle.

Darren Sawyer, 47, of Havre was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence after officers responded to a 4:18 p.m. Wednesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 800 Block of 5th Avenue at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday to investigate smoke in the area that turned out to be from a wood stove.

Animal Shelter

A female black Labrador puppy was placed in the shelter Sept. 4 and a tan and white male shepherd mix Sept. 4.

A boy was born to Brianna Robertson and Jett Anderson of Whitewater Sept. 9, 2014.
