Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:31 a.m. Thursday call from a 3rd Street location about a hash pipe that was found in a donation box.

Officers investigated an 8:32 a.m. Thursday call from 11th Street West about found marijuana.

———

Officers investigated a 9:42 a.m. Thursday call from Wilson Avenue about a found bag of clothes beneath a trailer.

———

Officers investigated a 12:52 p.m. Thursday call from Bonine Drive about the calling party stating somebody put broken beer bottles under her car and they popped her tires.

———

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle accident between a silver Edge and blue pickup truck was investigated after officers responded to a 3:33 p.m. Thursday call from 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 4:38 p.m. Thursday complaint at the police station about the calling party’s 15-year-old daughter being intimidated and called names at the high school that day by four or five other girls.

Officers investigated a 4:45 p.m. Thursday call from Montana State University-Northern’s MacKenzie Hall about a purse that was stolen out of a dorm room.

Brandon Wallace Beck, 19, of Hogeland was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 5:58 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about four teenagers yelling stuff at the carry outs.

Heidi Michelle Harrington, 34, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to an 8:16 p.m. Thursday call from 4th Street about the calling party stating a woman entered her residence.

A 16-year-old Havre girl was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing and resisting arrest and Peter Anthoney Kinnieburgh, 18, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace office after officers responded to an 8:56 p.m. Thursday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a visitor that needed removing.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 2:07 p.m. Thursday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business about a stolen wallet.

Jacob Cole Crebs, 22, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 3:07 a.m. this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Firefighters were called to the 1000 Block of Boulevard at 8:32 p.m. Thursday to address an arcing power line. They stood by until NorthWestern Energy was able to arrive.

Firefighters were called to the 800 Block of 4th Street at 5:56 a.m. this morning to put out a vehicle fire. The fire caused extensive damage to the vehicle and the cause is under investigation.
