Havre Police Department

Samuel Clearance Wells, 57, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers assisted another agency at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday.

Christina Lynn Trottier, 28, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving with no insurance and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers investigated a motor vehicle accident at 3:31 p.m. Tuesday on 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 5:30 p.m. Tuesday call from Havre-Hill County Library about a stolen black and orange bicycle.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday and one call this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 900 Block of 6th Avenue at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday to address a natural gas leak. The property was evacuated and NorthWestern Energy was called to resolve the problem.
