Roletta Jo Laundreax, 31, of Poplar was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 5:13 p.m. Tuesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 1100 Block of Cleveland Avenue at 8:36 a.m. Tuesday to investigate a gas smell and found there was a leak near the meter. NorthWestern Energy was called to repair the line.
