Officers investigated a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:04 a.m. Tuesday at the police station.

Justine Philomene Bauer, 23, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violation of a child restraint after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday on Montana Avenue.

Officers investigated a 2:39 p.m. Tuesday call from 3rd Street about a green Suburban that hit a woman on a bike.

Tysha Michelle Williams, 40, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Thomas Wayne Belcourt, 37, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 4:49 p.m. Tuesday on 4th Avenue West.

Erica Ann Dion, 32, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday on 6th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Roletta Jo Laundreax, 31, of Poplar was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 5:13 p.m. Tuesday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 1100 Block of Cleveland Avenue at 8:36 a.m. Tuesday to investigate a gas smell and found there was a leak near the meter. NorthWestern Energy was called to repair the line.
