Officers investigated an 11:24 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a woman who just checked out of the hotel and got red dye all over the carpet.

Monte Dean Fox Sr., 53, of Hays was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 3:10 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a drunk man who could barely stand up outside the business.

Priscilla Rae Strike, 27, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers assisted another law agency at 4:34 p.m. Tuesday on 16th Street West.

Officers responded to a 9:57 p.m. Tuesday call from 11th Street about a man fighting in a parking lot.

Kyrie Michelle Malsam, 27, of Havre and Keionna Marie Frederick, 21, of Havre were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to an 11:56 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street establishment about a fight.

Sheldon Joseph Flying, 45, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an officer initiated an investigation of suspicious activity at 3:25 a.m. this morning on 4th Street.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one this morning.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male pit bull-mix was placed in the shelter June 27, a male black Labrador July 4, a black male cat July 20, a black and white male pit bull-mix July 27 and a gray and black female cat July 29.

Births

A boy was born to Sydney Conlan and Raymond Morkeberg of Havre July 28, 2014.
