Jodi Marie Werk, 26, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and probation violation after officers assisted another law agency from an 11th Street West business at 6:14 p.m. Tuesday.

Robert Kaine Pronteau, 50, of Havre was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon when prohibited after officers responded to a 9:19 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street establishment about a man walking into a bar with a weapon.

Elijah Blu Eagleman, 26, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to a 12:52 a.m. call this morning from 3rd Avenue about a man looking in the calling party’s neighbor’s window.
Hill County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies investigated a report at 1:34 p.m. Monday of a sex offense.

A deputy at the Hill County jail at 1:53 p.m. Monday served Chad Julian Cochran of Harlem, 34, a Justice Court warrant.

Someone was arrested after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street and 3rd Avenue at 4:46 p.m. Tuesday. No other information was given.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Tuesday.

Havre firefighters responded to a leak in a gas main on the 1600 Block of Smithville Road which was repaired by NorthWestern Energy employees as the firefighters stood by.

Havre firefighters were called to the 10 Block of 1st Street at 11:09 p.m. Tuesday to clean up a fuel spill of less than 20 gallons.

A male golden retriever was placed in the shelter June 20, a black male cat with a white tip on its tail June 25, a black and white pit bull mix June 27, a brown and white male pit bull with a red collar July 1, a dark tan and black female shepherd mix with a blue-ish collar July 2, a male black Labrador July 4, a white male Husky-mix puppy July 15, and a black and white female cat July 15.
