Jordan James Normandy, 21, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday at the Hill County Courthouse.

Adrian Joe Cochran, 39, of Hays was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 4:07 p.m. Tuesday call from 3rd Avenue about a man lying on a sidewalk.

Elena Garcia, 29, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a 4:37 p.m. Tuesday call from Havre-Hill County Library about a drunk woman who got into the calling party’s vehicle and scared her daughter.

Mavis Lynn Cochran, 47, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and probation violation after officers investigated a 5:13 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street establishment about two suspicious people in the bar.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations after officers responded to a 10:57 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Avenue about a juvenile house party.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 7:54 a.m. Tuesday call from Kremlin about two campers that were vandalised.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and one this morning.
