Sieglock earns Garden Club Yard of the Week

Bullhook Blossoms Garden Club chose the yard of Sara and Vic Sieglock at 1418 Lincoln Ave. as Yard of the Week.

This landscaped yard is the forefront for beautiful flower beds graced with perennials, annuals and seedlings started by Sara. Her husband, Vic, made the planter walls for her, but all of the flower gardening is done by Sara herself, a work in progress for more than 15 years.

She said she loves all aspects of gardening and is particularly fond of perennials that were her grandmother's. She is interested in old perennials from any source and takes pride in seeing them thrive in her own garden. It is easy to see that Sara is passionate about gardening.
