Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 2:30 p.m. Monday call from 3rd Street about the calling party’s son throwing a bowl at her and kicking holes in the walls.

James Tino White, Jr., 22, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to him at 8:04 p.m. Monday at a 1st Street West business.

Adam White Hanes-Mackean, 24, of Havre was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and violation of a protective order after officers responded to a 9:12 p.m. Monday call from a 2nd Street business.

Marty Lang, 48, of Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, and Justin Robert Lohman, 27, of Choteau were issued summonses on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 9:34 p.m. Monday call from the Amtrak station.

Officers investigated a 12:45 a.m. call this morning from 2nd Street about the calling parties remodeling a house when they heard something going on downstairs and found “I'm watching you” written on the stove and wanted officers to clear the house.

Someone was arrested at 2:47 a.m. this morning after officers responded to a call from 1st Street Northeast about the calling party having issues with an intoxicated woman.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served Austin Cole Morsette a Justice or City court warrant at 11:52 a.m. Monday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a 6:29 p.m. Monday call from the detention center about an assault.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.
