Havre Police Department

Two arrests were made and a 16-year-old boy was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct, purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to a 6:12 a.m. Monday call from 10th Street West about a man and woman outside fighting and allegedly knocking on people’s doors all night.

Officers investigated a 9:51 a.m. Monday call from an 11th Street West business about a noninjury motor vehicle accident.

Velores Lynn Walker, 56, of Havre was arrested on a state District court warrant after an officer served it to her at 2:35 p.m. Monday on 10th Avenue.

A 13-year-old girl was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to a 5:19 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street business about two juvenile female shoplifters in custody.

Officers investigated a 5:30 p.m. Monday call from 7th Avenue about a found bicycle helmet in the park.

———

Officers investigated a 7:53 p.m. Monday call from Havre-Hill County Library about the complainant stating her vehicle was backed into.

———

Mavis Lynn Cochran, 46, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of probation violation and Alexander Allan Fred, 26, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 9:34 p.m. Monday call from 2nd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Karl Allan Larson, 45, of Havre was served a City Court warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 10:50 a.m. Monday.

Eugene James Walls, 41, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice Court warrant after deputies investigated a 9:46 p.m. Monday complaint at a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Two 15-year-old Havre children were issued summonses for shoplifting after deputies investigated a 9:57 p.m. Monday call from a U.S. Highway 2 business.

Animal Shelter

A male black Labrador was placed in the shelter June 6, a brown and white male mix-breed puppy June 7, and a tan female terrier June 13.
