Candidates for the U.S. House and the U.S. Senate will debate during the annual meeting of the Montana Newspaper Association this weekend.
The debates will be held at the Library Auditorium at Montana Tech.
The debate between Senate candidates, Republican Steve Daines and Democrat John Walsh, begins at 1:30 p.m.
At 3:30 p.m., U.S. House candidates Democrat John Lewis and Republican Ryan Zinke will put forth their views.
They will be questioned by reporters from Montana newspapers and television stations.
The debate will be broadcast on MontanaPBS. The House debate will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, with the Senate debate planned for 6:30 p.m.
The debates will also be live-streamed. Details will be announced later this week.
The debates are open to the public but seating is limited.
