Havre to review form of government; others reject the idea

The city of Havre will elect a commission to review its form of government.

Voters approved the proposal in Tuesday's primary.

Voters in Blaine, Hill and Liberty counties and the cities of Harlem and Chinook rejected the proposal to review the way they run themselves.
