Havre Police Department

Jonathan David Lacroix, 34, of Billings was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after officers responded to a 7:35 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a man slumped over in a sports utility vehicle parked at the business.

Officers investigated a 9:34 a.m. Tuesday call at the police department about someone charging the calling party’s credit account and withdrawing money from her checking account.

Two arrests were made after officers assisted another law agency at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday at the Amtrak station.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of tobacco violation after officers responded to a 1:58 p.m. Tuesday call from Havre High School.

John John Horseman, 43, of Fort Belknap was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to an 8:43 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street about a man who needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 2:41 p.m. Tuesday call from Taylor Road about a report of a missing calf.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.
