Hill County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies responded to an 8:15 a.m. Thursday call from the Hill County Detention Center about an assault. Two arrests were made, but no further information was available.

Shawn Dean Baker, 43, of Mandaree, N.D., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without valid registration, suspended driver’s license and no insurance, and Kememee Rose Blatt, 44, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice Court warrant after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder at 11:42 p.m. Thursday.
