Havre Police Department

Robert Alexander McConnell, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant and Farrah Agnes Falcon, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after an officer served a warrant at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday on 14th Avenue.

An arrest was made after officers responded to a 3:01 p.m. Wednesday call from 2nd Street Northeast to assist another law agency which requested assistance by an officer. No other information was given.

Rafferty Austin Reddies, 22, of Havre was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:49 p.m. Wednesday on 1st Street West.

Curtis Pete Onco III, 40, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no insurance and violation of conditions of release after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 12:16 a.m. Thursday at a 1st Street business parking lot.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 12:33 p.m. Wednesday call from 5th Street North about the calling party’s dog being attacked by two other dogs.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday and one call this morning.

Animal Shelter

A gray male cat was placed in the shelter Feb. 28, a brown and white female Maltese March 8, a red female pit bull March 11 and a female golden lab-mix puppy March 11.
