Havre Police Department

Elizabeth Irene Doney, 35, of Harlem was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license and a state District Court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday on 6th Street.

A 2:50 p.m. Wednesday call from Washington Avenue about a vehicle that slid into a stop sign and damaged it was investigated.

A noninjury two-vehicle motor vehicle crash was investigated after officers received a 5:05 p.m. Wednesday call from 4th Street.

Molly Anne Lyons, 28, of Havre was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after an officer assisted a citizen at 10:36 p.m. Wednesday on 11th Street West.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies responded to a 2:30 p.m. Wednesday call from the Rocky Boy Police Department from someone who wanted to speak to a deputy.

Deputies investigated a 6:30 p.m. Wednesday call from a U.S. Highway 87 establishment in Box Elder about an auto theft.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday.

Firefighters were called to the 1000 Block of 4th Street West after an alarm malfunction.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Jan. 27 and a black, white and tan male border collie-mix was placed in the shelter Feb. 3.

A boy was born to Chelsea Donoven and Adam Mummau of Havre Jan. 28, 2014.

Marriages

Linda Kay Papayik and Ronald Davis Winchell were married Jan. 27, 2014, with Audrey Barger officiating.

Divorces

No divorces were finalized in Hill County in January.
