Two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old were issued summonses for juvenile curfew violations and a 17-year-old was issued a summons for juvenile curfew violation and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to an 11:37 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West establishment about minors trying to get customers to buy them alcohol.

Deputies served a Justice or City court warrant to Jason Dorian Dean Owensby, 40, of Havre at 8:18 a.m. Friday at the Hill County Detention Center.
