Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:34 a.m. Friday call from 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street about a noninjury motor vehicle crash between a red sport utility vehicle and a red truck.

Officers serving a warrant to Jacob Cole Crebs, 22, of Havre arrested him on a charge of contempt at 11:05 a.m. Monday at the Hill County Attorney’s Office.

Bennett Lee Horseman, 46, of Harlem, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after officers responded to an 11:32 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about two male shoplifters.

———

Jocelyn Marie Favel, 59, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 2:03 p.m. Friday call from a 3rd Avenue business.

———

Officers investigated a 9:44 p.m. Friday call from a 5th Avenue business about a hit and run involving a cream-colored PT Cruiser.

Aaron Dean Healy Jr., 27, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after officers responded to a 10:40 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a man sleeping in a running red Ford SUV.

Seth Carl Alcorn, 34, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, unlawful restraint and criminal destruction or tampering with a communication device after officers responded to a 5:50 a.m. Saturday call from Bonine Drive.

Officers responded to an 8:04 a.m. Saturday call from a 10th Street West apartment complex about a taillight that was broken out of a vehicle.

———

Kaine William Hanson, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers assisted another law agency at 11:44 a.m. Saturday on 12th Street.

———

Officers investigated a 5:41 p.m. Saturday call from 9th Street and Summit about a woman lying in the middle of the street saying she wanted to get ran over.

Leslie Annette Crazyboy, 35, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after an 8:22 a.m. Sunday 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police department.

Two 14-year-olds and a 15-year-old were issued summonses for juvenile curfew violations and a 17-year-old was issued a summons for juvenile curfew violation and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to an 11:37 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West establishment about minors trying to get customers to buy them alcohol.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served a Justice or City court warrant to Jason Dorian Dean Owensby, 40, of Havre at 8:18 a.m. Friday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies served a state District Court warrant from Blaine County and a state District Court warrant from Hill County at 1:18 p.m. Friday at the HCDC.

———

Deputies investigated a 2:24 p.m. Friday call from 15th Street North about someone breaking into the calling party’s family’s residence and stealing everything.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one call Saturday and four calls Sunday.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in shelter Jan. 27.
