Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 10:36 a.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about someone who received a call from someone who was bragging about getting gas and driving off without paying for it Sunday.

Frank Eli McConnell III, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to an 11:38 a.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about a man who smashed a woman’s window out in the parking lot and then ran.

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash was investigated after officers received a 2:31 p.m. Wednesday call from a 3rd Avenue business.

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash was investigated after officers received a 2:56 p.m. Wednesday call from a 3rd Avenue business.

Officers investigated a 4:50 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about a vehicle that hit a building the night before.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Lynn Marie Parisian, 29, of Box Elder, arrested on a Justice Court warrant, was transported from the Rocky Boy Police Department to the Hill County Detention Center at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday.

Deputies investigated a 5:37 p.m. Wednesday call from 11th Street North from someone who wanted to speak to a deputy about a threat.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and one call this morning.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Jan. 27 and a black and tan male mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Jan. 29.
