Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 11:32 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a motor vehicle accident between an Acadia and a Nissan.

A 13-year-old Box Elder girl was issued a summons for shoplifting after officers received a 2:30 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a combative shoplifter.

Thomas Victor Maxwell, 26, of Great Falls was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer assisted a citizen at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a 12:09 a.m. Wednesday call from a 2nd Street Northeast trailer court about a rock thrown through a window.

Shawn Joseph Saddler Sr., 47, of Rocky Boy was arrested for disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 3:02 a.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about a man passes out in the bathroom with the door locked.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Holly Marie Dorcheus, 28, of Havre was arrested on a Justice Court warrant after deputies received an 8:15 a.m. Tuesday call from an 11st Street West business about a woman with a warrant at the gas station.

Deputies investigated an 8 p.m. Tuesday call from 19th Avenue Northeast about items that were stolen from a property.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday and one call this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 200 Block of 1st Street West at 3:09 p.m. Tuesday to assist in cleaning up a fuel spill after less than 20 gallons were spilled from a gas pump that came dislodged from a vehicle.

Animal Shelter

A white and tan border collie-mix was placed in the shelter Jan. 3 and a gray and white male cat was placed in shelter Jan. 8.
