Havre boys clobber Browning

The Havre High boys basketball team picked its best time to play its best game. Friday night at the Havre High gymnasium, the Blue Ponies raced out to a 46-18 halftime lead, and never looked back in a 76-50 Central A win over the Browning Indians.

Dane Warp poured in a game-high 30 points for the Ponies, but Kade Rismon was right behind him with 27 points and 16 rebounds. Havre stays at home to host Rocky Boy Saturday night.

Meanwhile, the HHS girls remained unbeaten in Central A play Friday night. Behind 19 points from Brandy Lambourne, the Ponies beat Browning 70-63 in Browning. Havre is also at home to face Rocky Boy Saturday night.
