Havre Police Department

Officers investigated an 8:44 a.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street about trash on a boulevard that the calling party wanted an officer to advise someone to pick it up.

A 14-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on a charge of assault after officers responded to a 9:05 a.m. Wednesday call from Havre Middle School.

Vicky Lynn Azure, 53, of Havre was arrested on charges of theft and probation violation after oficers responded to a 10:57 a.m. Wednesday call from 19th Street about the colling party wanting to speak to an officers about people being in his garage while he is out of town.

Zona Anne McConnell, 44, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City Court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 5:08 p.m. Wednesday on 9th Avenue.

Don Young Topsky, 26, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and theft of labor or services or use of property after officers responded to a 12:19 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West establishment reporting a man did not pay his cab fare and was sitting in his vehicle.

Hill County Sheriff’s Department

Anthony Derek Ekstrom, 22, and Tanna Dale Windyboy, both of Havre were served state District Court warrants at the Hill County Detention Center at 4:48 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.

Animal Shelter

A white and tan male border collie-mix was placed in the shelter Jan. 3, and a gray and white male cat was placed in the shelter Jan. 8.
