MALTA — Charles Gene Barnard, 95, a farmer/rancher died at his home in Malta on Jan. 4, with his daughter Carolyn at his bed side.

The family will receive friends at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Kirkwood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 10, at the Kirkwood Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in the Malta Cemetery with Masonic and Shrine honors. Memorials may be made to the Phillips County Museum or to the Malta Shrine Club.
