Havre Police Department

Robert Manuel Arellano, 32, of Havre, was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers investigated a 3:23 p.m. Friday call from 7th Avenue about an intoxicated man who needed removing from a residence.

Officers investigated a 10:38 p.m. Friday call from 16th Avenue West reporting a neighbor’s dog jumped in the calling party’s yard and attacked her dog.

Officers investigated a 4:32 a.m. Saturday call from 4th Street about a stolen handgun.

———

Kurt Allan Eagleman, 34, of Hays, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 11:54 a.m. Saturday on 10th Street West.

Summonses were issued to a 15-year-old Havre boy and a 12-year-old Havre boy after an officer talked to the juvenile at 3:54 a.m. Sunday on 5th Avenue.

A summons was issued to a 16-year-old Havre boy for purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor, criminal contempt, juvenile curfew violations and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 7:29 a.m. Sunday call from the Northern Montana Hospital reporting an out-of-control patient.

Officers investigated a 4:28 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about a fake $50 bill.

Sadie Madonna Finley, 21, of Havre was arrested on two charges of outstanding Justice and City court warrants and a 17-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a 7:43 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street Northeast Street residence about the calling party’s neighbors fighting, sounding physical.

Officers investigated a 8:27 p.m. Sunday call from 3rd Street about kids making threats towards the calling party’s grandson.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Casey Gerald Dupris, 42, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge on a outstanding Justice court warrant after a deputy made a 3:06 p.m. Saturday motor vehicle stop on Beaver Creek Road.

Deputies investigated a 5:01 p.m. Saturday call from Kremlin Bay about a stolen ice house.

A summons was issued to Gregory Charles Rainingbird of Box Elder, 19, for purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after a deputy investigated a vehicle that had slidden off Beaver Creek Highway at 1:59 a.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday and two calls Saturday.

Firefighters responded to one call at 12:53 a.m. Saturday to the 200 Block of Montana Avenue to address an alarm malfunction.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male border collie puppy was placed in the shelter Nov. 19.

A white and tan female mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Dec. 20.

———

A white and gray female husky puppy was placed in the shelter Dec. 22.

———

A tan male pit bull was placed in the shelter Dec. 23.

———

A brindle male pit bull-mix was placed in the shelter Dec. 24.

A boy was born to Sheri Carlson and Frank Skinner III of Harlem Dec. 27, 2013.
