Richard Snell, 49, passed away Dec. 19, 2013, in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Medicine Bear Lodge in Lodge Pole.

Arrangements have been made with Edwards Funeral Home of Chinook.
