Dina Miller, 36, of Rocky Boy, passed away on Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, at Peace Hospice in Great Falls of natural causes.
Wake services began at 6 p.m. on Tuesday Nov.26, 2013, and continued until her funeral service which will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Rocky Boy. Burial will be in the Chiefstick Family Cemetery. Dina was born on Feb.14, 1977, in Havre, to Noble F. Moosomin and Marina J. Chiefstick. She was raised in Havre and Rocky Boy, attending school there. Following her school years, she moved to North Dakota, where she met and married Matthew Miller. The couple made their home in Minot, raising their children there until 2011, when Dina returned to Rocky Boy and worked for the Chippewa Cree Tribe. Dina enjoyed spending time with friends and family and gambling.
She was preceded
in death by her father, Noble Moosomin, and her brother, Leslie Lodgepole, Jr.
Dina is survived by her husband Matthew Miller of Minot, N.D .; her sons, Gordon Chiefstick of Bismarck, N.D., and Edward and Joseph Miller, both of Minot, N.D .; her mother Marina Chiefstick of Island Park, Idaho; her brother, Don Buckman of Bismarck, N.D .; her sisters, Jessica Chiefstick of Newtown, N.D., Dawn Buckman of Minot, N.D., and Kristin (Steve) Chiefstick-Gates of Tulsa, Okla .; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
