Power out in parts of Highland Park

A power line was a down behind Wilson Avenue on Highland Park's western edge Sunday night.

People in all parts of Havre reported seeing a bright light flash across the city.

Power was out in the general area, and people in neighboring areas reported lights were flickering or were out for up to a minute.

Hill County Sheriff's Deputies, Havre firefighters and NorthWestern Energy workers were on the scene.

There were no indication when power would be back on.
