Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:06 a.m. Thursday complaint at the police department about the theft of a computer by an employee.

A summons was issued to a 15-year-old Havre boy for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage tobacco possession or consumption after officers responded to a 9:08 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter.

Officers investigated a 1:28 p.m. Wednesday call from 5th Avenue about the “theft of stuff.”

Officers investigated a 3:18 p.m. Wednesday complaint at the police department about a woman taking money from the complainant’s nephew’s bank account.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 12:19 p.m. Thursday call from a U.S. Postal Office from the Rocky Boy Police Department about a recovered stolen vehicle.

Havre Fire Department

Medical emergency personnel responded to three calls Thursday and one call Wednesday. Firefighters responded to the 400 Block of 3rd Avenue about a gas smell Wednesday.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male pit bull-mix was placed in the shelter Sept. 26.

A black and white male Aussie-mix puppy was placed in the shelter Oct. 4.

A black and white female border-heeler-mix was placed in the shelter Oct. 10.

A brown and white male mixed-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Oct. 13.

A black female cat was placed in the shelter Oct. 16.

Births

A boy was born to Wahban K. Wolf Robe and Justin B. Chiefstick of Box Elder on Oct. 15, 2013.
