Officers investigated a 10:49 a.m. Friday call from 1st Street West about someone driving a green sports utility vehicle stealing $44.15 worth of gas.

Officers responded to a 3:14 p.m. Friday call from 5th Street about the calling party’s brother roaming the building with a pistol.

Officers made an arrest after investigating a 4:05 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about bad checks on two accounts.

———

A 28-year-old Havre man was arrested for probation violation after officers responded to a 6 p.m. Friday call from 8th Avenue about people fighting.

———

A 43-year-old Rocky Boy man was arrested for outstanding city court warrants, a 26-year-old Box Elder man was arrested for outstanding state district court warrants and a 27-year-old Box Elder man was issued a summons for failure to carry proof of insurance and a suspended or revoked driver’s license after officers responded to a 6:42 p.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business and served the warrants.

A 39-year-old Havre man was arrested for outstanding city court warrants after checking into the 24/7 Sobriety Program at 7:10 p.m. Friday at the police station.

A 19-year-old Havre boy was arrested for obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an intoxicant, an 18-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons for possession of an intoxicant, an 18-year-old Havre woman was issued a summons for obstructing a peace officer and criminal contempt and a 19-year-old Havre woman issued a summons for obstructing a peace officer after officers investigated an 11:25 p.m. Friday call from a trailer court on 2nd Street about a possible underage party going on.

A 19-year-old Havre man was arrested for criminal contempt and possession of an intoxicant after officers investigated a 1:47 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West establishment about people fighting outside.

An 8:10 a.m Saturday call from 3rd Street about a stolen Playstation 3 was investigated.

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash was investigated after officers received a 9:09 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West business.

Officers investigated an 11:10 a.m. Saturday complaint from 3rd Street about people entering the calling party’s house without her permission.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury crash after receiving a 1:13 p.m. Saturday call from 1st Street.

Officers investigated a 4:06 p.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street business about someone backing into a car in the parking lot and then taking off.

A 22-year-old Havre man was arrested for outstanding city court warrants after officers served a warrant at 4:36 p.m. Saturday at the Cedar Apartment complex.

A 42-year-old Havre man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of endangering the welfare of children after officers investigated a 10:49 p.m. Saturday call from 9th Street about the calling party receiving information that her 13-year-old son is getting high.

A 25-year-old Chinook man was arrested for probation violation after he tested positive for alcohol at 7:14 a.m. Sunday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 6:47 p.m. Sunday call from Saddle Butte Drive about the calling party being abused by her husband.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Four 16-year-old Havre juveniles were issued summons for possession of intoxicants after deputies made a motor vehicle stop at 10:38 p.m. Friday on River Road.

A 43-year-old Havre man was arrested for driving under the influence and not having insurance after a deputy made a motor vehicle stop at 11:10 p.m. Friday on 4th Avenue.

Deputies investigated a 1:39 a.m. Sunday call about a dead cow on U.S. Highway 87and an abandoned white car in the ditch next to it.

———

Deputies investigated a 5:22 p.m. Sunday call from 6th Street North about the abandonment of four juvenile children.

———

A 41-year-old Havre man was arrested for a suspended or revoked driver’s license and violation of conditions of release after deputies made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street at 10:44 p.m. Sunday.
