Skylights knock off Tech in Butte

The Montana State University-Northern volleyball team doesn't drop sets often, but when it does, the Skylights bounce back with a vengeance. On Friday night in Butte, MSU-N defeated Montana Tech by scores of 22-25, 25-16, 25-21 and 25-16.

After falling behind 1-0, the Skylights simply crushed the Orediggers in the three straight sets. The win pushed Northern to 6-0 in the Frontier and 14-4 overall. Northern will go for its seventh straight win Saturday afternoon at Carroll College.
