Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report made Tuesday at 8:54 a.m. at the police station about a sex offense.

Tuesday at 11:13 a.m. officers at the police station issued a summons to a 41-year-old Havre man for possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of conditions of release.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash on 5th Avenue and 4th Street reported Tuesday at 1:27 p.m.

After a Lincoln Avenue caller reported a disturbance at 10:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested a 24-year-old Havre woman for partner or family member assault and a 23-year-old Havre woman for disorderly conduct.

Officers investigated a report made at 2:08 a.m. today that a man had broken into a 2nd Street Northeast residence.

Officers investigated a beer theft reported at 5:10 a.m. today from an 11th Street West residence.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies, called to Rocky Boy Court Tuesday at 2:11 p.m. to make a transport to Hill County Detention Center, made an arrest, but no further details were available.

A deputy was called to a Box Elder establishment at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday for a shoplifting offense and issued a summons, but no further details were available.

Also at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday at that Box Elder establishment a deputy made an arrest on a warrant, but no further details were available.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to six medical calls Tuesday including a boat-tubing accident at Kremlin Bay on Fresno Reservoir — the condition of the injured woman is unknown.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two male black and tan cats, a male golden retriever, a male brown and black Akita, a female black Labrador and a female black and tan cat.
