Boucher creates GOP primary in Havre City Council Ward 4

Another candidate has filed on the last day to register as a candidate in the Havre city elections, this one creating a primary race.

Matt Boucher filed as a Republican in City Council’s Ward 4. He will face John R. “Bob” Waldron in the primary.

Democrat Karen Datko filed as a candidate in that ward’s race this morning.
