Officers investigated a missing person reported at the police station Monday at 11:40 a.m.

Officers investigated a protective order violation reported Monday at 12:39 p.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated a theft of an iPod and medication at a 10th Street West residence reported Monday at 8:27 p.m.

Monday at 11:08 p.m. officers investigated a complaint of noise at a 9th Avenue business.

During a motor vehicle stop at 1:22 a.m. today on 12th Avenue an officer arrested a 15-year-old Havre girl for violation of graduated driver's license, contempt and curfew violation, and a 16-year-old Havre boy for curfew violation.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report made Monday at 10:59 a.m. that someone had stolen the American flag from a campsite at Beaver Creek Reservoir.

After receiving a complaint of trespassers at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway yard, deputies arrested a 21-year-old Berwyn, Ill., man for stowing away on railroad property and a 26-year-old Centerpoint, Ind., man for stowing away on railroad property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two medical calls overnight.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning that animal shelter held a male black and tan cat and a female black Labrador.
