Havre Police Department

During a motor vehicle stop on 8th Street at 9:22 a.m. Friday, an officer arrested a 20-year-old Havre woman for driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license.

Officers investigated a report made Friday at 12:14 p.m. of a man violating conditions of release at a 1st Street establishment.

Officers investigating a complaint, made Friday at 9:17 p.m. of a minor getting beaten up at a 2nd Street residence, issued a summons to an 18-year-old Havre man for assault on a minor and minor in possession.

———

During a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street West Saturday at 5:27 p.m. officers arrested a 21-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers investigated a disturbance regarding an eviction reported from 10th Street Saturday at 9:18 p.m.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance reported at 9:50 p.m. Saturday at a 2nd Street Northeast residence.

———

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported from 1st Street West Sunday at 12:39 a.m. and arrested a 20-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of MIP; a 21-year-old Dodson man for endangering the welfare of children; and a 19-year-old Dodson woman on charges of assault with a weapon, MIP and endangering the welfare of children. Summonses were issued to a 21-year-old Havre man and a 62-year-old Havre man, each on a charge of social host violation; and a 16-year-old Havre girl, a 20-year-old Box Elder woman and a 20-year-old Harlem woman for MIP.

During a motor vehicle stop on 2nd Street Sunday at 10:02 a.m. an officer arrested a 23-year-old Havre woman for driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance.

Sunday at 11:19 a.m., officers were called to provide assistance "securing scene" at a 13th Street medical facility.

Officers were called Sunday at 12:32 p.m. for "help locating baby" in the Havre area.

———

Officers at the police station Sunday at 2:01 p.m. served a state District Court warrant to a 26-year-old Havre man.

———

Sunday at 4:52 p.m. officers assisted a Havre area caller after she reported her daughter not having come home since the previous evening.

———

A caller at a 1st Street business reported a shoplifter at 5:40 p.m. Sunday, and officers arrested a 26-year-old Havre woman, no charges were listed.

———

Officers investigated a report made Sunday at 6:07 p.m. of suspicious activity at a 2nd Street charity.

Officers investigated a report made Sunday at 6:23 p.m. at Northern Montana Hospital of suspicious activity.

———

Sunday at 9:04 p.m. officers escorted home a missing juvenile.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called Friday at 11:46 a.m. to escort a 30-year-old Box Elder man from Rocky Boy Court to the Hill County Detention Center for a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies were called to provide assistance at a Road 300 West residence Friday at 6:21 p.m.

———

A caller reported an assault at a U.S. Highway 2 East residence Friday at 9:28 p.m., and deputies arrested a 32-year-old Box Elder woman on a Justice Court warrant.

During a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 12:22 a.m. near a Box Elder establishment, deputies arrested a 35-year-old Box Elder resident for operating a vehicle without valid registration, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without proof of insurance, second offense. A 40-year-old Box Elder woman also was arrested, on a Justice or City court warrant.

After a caller reported an assault at 12:06 p.m. Saturday at the cemetery, deputies arrested the caller's 26-year-old son, from Havre, for assault and possession of dangerous drugs.

Deputies were called to a Box Elder establishment Saturday at 8:10 p.m. and issued a summons to a 32-year-old Box Elder woman for assault.
