Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at 11:07 a.m. Wednesday on 1st Street West.

Wednesday at 1:15 p.m. an officers investigated a two-vehicle crash at 10th Street and 5th Avenue.

Officers were called to assist probation and parole officers Wednesday at 3:29 p.m.

After a 14th Street West caller at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday requested a welfare check on a person, responding officers arrested a 54-year-old Havre woman for criminal contempt.

Officers were called to an 8th Street residence at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday to investigate a break-in.

Called by a Boulevard Avenue resident to a domestic disturbance Wednesday at 10:23 p.m., officers arrested a 21-year-old Havre man for partner or family member assault.

A 2nd Street Northeast caller reported a two men fighting at 12:04 a.m. today, and responding officers made two arrests, but no further details were provided.

After a domestic disturbance was reported from 10th Street West at 1:01 a.m. today, officers arrested a 21-year-old Havre man for partner or family member assault.

A vehicle was reported broken into at 4:27 a.m. today on Washington Avenue, and officers investigated the incident.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

After a 2nd Street West caller complained about a loose dog at 8:29 a.m. Wednesday, deputies issued a summons to a 46-year-old Havre man for nuisance dog and dog running at large.

Deputies investigated a report of dog abuse at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to five calls over night. Fire crews went on three storm-related fire calls. See story page 1 for details.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a male black and tan cat and a female black and white husky.
