Marion Lione Sherburn Keough

Marion Lione Sherburn Keough, 68, passed away on June 11, 2013.

She was the daughter of Robert “Bud” Sherburn and L. Verna Hotchkiss Humble.

She was born in Lewistown, Mont., Jan. 22, 1945. She was an only child who grew up closely to her cousins.

In March 1966 she married Gerald Keough in Fort Benton, Mont. They had four children together. They divorced in 1980 but had remained good friends.

Marion enjoyed

doing crafts such as knitting, ceramics and Tri-Chem Fashion painting. She enjoyed reading and listening to music.

Marion loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and was very proud of their accomplishments. She had a caring and loving heart and would help those who were in need if she could. She loved to laugh, and her beautiful smile will be greatly missed.

Marion is survived by her four children, sons, Robert “Bud” Keough of Great Falls, Mont., James (Shereen) Keough of Heart Ville, S.C., and Ron (Jill) Keough of Great Falls, and daughter, Jennifer (Scott) Anderson of Havre, Mont.

She also is survived by her grandchildren, Todd Keough, Aaron Chapman, Jennifer Chapman, Warren Keough, Nicholas Keough, Cody Kennington and Shane Kennington; and great-granddaughter, Allie Kennington.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Sherburn; mother, L. Verna Humble; and granddaughter, Heaven Ivy Anderson. Memorial service celebrating her life will be Friday, June 14, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Black Eagle Community Center with potluck reception to follow.
