During a motor vehicle stop at 12:07 p.m. Monday on 5th Street, an officer arrested a 39-year-old Havre man on a Justice or City court warrant an charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, second offense.

Officers investigated a report made at the police station at 12:32 p.m. Monday that someone pointed a gun at a man riding his bicycle on a city street.

During a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Monday at 2:06 p.m., an officer issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with fictitious plates and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense, to a 35-year-old Arizona woman.

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 2:52 p.m. at the police station of a delivery driver getting bit by a dog.

Officers investigated a report made Monday at 4:28 p.m. at the police station about a noncompliant sexual or violent offender registration.

After a caller reported Monday at 6:51 p.m. almost being run over by a girl driving a red, two-door car on 16th Street, responding officers issued a summons, but no further details were provided.

During a motor vehicle stop at 9:55 p.m. Monday on 4th Avenue officers issued a summons to a 55-year-old Havre man for stop sign violation.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report made Monday at 2:30 p.m. from the Great Northern Fairgrounds of rings having been stolen.

Monday at 9:54 p.m. at a 1st Street business, a deputy served a 22-year-old Havre man with a Justice or City court warrant.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a female black and tan German shepherd, a male black and tan cat and a male orange and white cat.
