Havre Police Department

A 25-year-old Havre man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and probation violation Monday at 7:35 a.m. at the police station.

At 7:50 a.m. Monday at the police station, officers transported a 20-year-old Havre man with charges of disorderly conduct and criminal contempt to the Hill County Detention Center.

A 23-year-old Havre man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt Monday at 8:06 a.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated a complaint Monday at 8:50 a.m. from a 5th Street caller that someone tried to steal her vehicle during the night.

Officers were called to assist adult probation and patrol on 1st Street West Monday at 10:27 a.m.

A caller on 4th Street reported a disturbance Monday at 10:41 a.m., and responding officers arrested a 33-year-old Havre man for partner or family member assault.

Serving a warrant on 1st Street Monday at 2:37 p.m. officers arrested a 33-year-old Harlem man on a state District Court warrant.

A 2nd Street Northeast caller reported a domestic dispute Monday at 4:09 p.m., and responding officers arrested a 36-year-old Havre man on a charge of partner or family member assault.

A 45-year-old Box Elder woman in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was issued a summons for criminal contempt at 5:56 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated a possible violation of conditions of release Monday at 6:26 p.m.

An officer initiated investigation of a possible 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 7:14 p.m. Monday.

A Beaver Creek Boulevard caller reported Monday at 7:26 p.m. possible suspicious activity.

———

At 1:18 a.m. today a caller at a 3rd Avenue establishment requested assistance with an intoxicated male, and responding officers arrested a 25-year-old Minot, N.D., man on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies, Monday at 9:39 a.m., served a Justice Court warrant on a 28-year-old Great Falls man who is an inmate at the detention center.

Deputies investigated a complaint made Monday at 8:08 p.m. about a tenant's dog.

———

Deputies investigated a report made Monday at 8:29 p.m. of vandalism at a gravel pit east of Havre.

———

At 12:51 a.m. deputies are called to assist another agency at the intersection go Upper and Lower Box Elder roads. An arrest was made, but no further details were provided.
