Kids bowl free. Yes kids may bowl free from June 1 till Aug. 31. All they have to do is come out and pick up a card to register on line and they may bowl two games free everyday that we are open. A family of four may also register to bowl free. Same restrictions do apply.
On the tournament trail, over the weekend Kelly Olson, Mark Morrell and Riley and Chris LaBuda traveled to Great Falls to bowl in the Curt Backa Memorial Tournament at the Elks . Report is that Kelly was third in the scratch division averaging 227 for five games while Riley finished in third in the Handicap division also averaging over 200, not too bad for someone who never threw a bowling ball until six months ago.
The Dewey Tournament was held on Sunday with a very good turnout. I will have the results in the next article.
There will be no article next week due to the fact I will be in Spokane for the N.C.A.A. Round Two of the Women's Tournament.
