Roxanna Jensen, Havre Softball

Havre High got a big win in softball over the Belgrade Panthers on Saturday in Havre. And it was shortstop Roxanna Jensen who came up with a couple of clutch moments. Jensen drove in two runs for the Ponies in their 3-1 win over Belgrade Saturday. She also made several key infield stops in the narrow victory. Over Havre's three-game weekend, Jensen collected four hits, as she also drove in a pair of runs in Havre High's loss at Lewistown on Friday evening. Jensen has been one of HHS's top hitters so far this season.

Thurman Holdsclaw, Havre Track

It's one last track and field season for Havre High senior Thurman Holdsclaw. And he's making the most out of it so far. Holdsclaw finished second in the pole vault and sixth in the triple jump at last Saturday's Gallatin Valley Track Meet in Belgrade. But it's his consistency that's shining through so far. He's finished in the top six in both events in every single meet he's entered so far this season, and he is currently in Montana's Elite Track List for one of the Top 10 heights in the pole vault this season.
