More changes to middle school tennis

Due to bad weather, the beginning of Middle School tennis has been moved from today to Thursday night at 7 p.m. The session will last until 8 p.m. The next three sessions will run the following Monday's. Middle School Tennis is open to all boys and girls grades 6-8. For more information, call George Ferguson at 390-4142.

Women's League Golf Meeting slated

Ladies Golf League meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 25 at 7 p.m. at the Prairie Farms Pro Shop. All teams need to be in attendance. Anyone interested in joining a team or forming a new team should call Teresa Brown at 390-6708 for more information.

Summer camp info sought

The Havre Daily News will be running its annual summer sports camp information box starting the first week in May. Anyone wishing to be included in the box, which will run through May should email all information to Sports Editor George Ferguson at [email protected].

North Stars could begin Sunday

The Havre North Stars American Legion baseball club hasn't been able to hold a practice at Legion Field yet. But the North Stars still have a game planned for Sunday.

Havre is slated to open the 2013 season with a game at Lewistown Sunday.

The North Stars are set to take on the Lewistown Redbirds, though the forecast for Sunday in Lewistown is bleak. The North Stars are also supposed to play the Belgrade Bandits Sunday in Lewistown as well. Havre's home opener is set for May.4.
