Edward E. Tempel

Edward E. Tempel, 95, longtime north Chester-area farmer, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at the Wheat Country Estates in Chester.

Edd's funeral will be 11 a. m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Chester.

A reception will follow at the church. Burial rites will be later that afternoon at Joplin Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rockman Funeral Chapel, Chester.

Survivors are three sons, Russ (Judy) of Chester, Gary (Loretta) of Kiowa, Okla., and Melvin (Patricia) of Henderson, Nev. ; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bill of Colfax, Wash., and Ben of Kalispell; and a sister, Mary Gormley of Choteau.
