Friday's Prep Basketball: Pony boys get their first win of the season

The Havre High boys basketball team was due for a big game, and the Blue Ponies got one on Friday night. HHS took care of Central A rival Lewistown, 60-53 at the HHS gymnasium for the first win of the 2012-13 season. HHS will go for win No. 2 when the Ponies visit Class B shelby Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the HHS girls remained perfect in Central A play, after downing the Eagles 46-25 Friday night in Lewistown. The Ponies return home Saturday to host Shelby at 5 p.m. at the HHS gymnasium.
